The Website and Service are run by me. I am not operating as a company or corporation.

You acknowledge that the Service is offered “as-is” and that I make no guarantee (express or implied) that you will find a match or that any profile will be accurate, complete, or suitable.

3.3. Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these T&C. You will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose;
• Post false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation;
• Upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise unlawful;
• Attempt to access or interfere with the accounts or operations of other Users or the Website.

3.4. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right at my sole discretion to refuse service, suspend or delete your account, or remove profiles or messages that violate these T&C or for any reason, at any time, without notice or liability to you.

Profiles & Content

4.1. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying the credentials (education, occupation, marital status, health, financial status, character, etc.) of any prospective match yourself. I expressly disclaim any liability for misrepresentations by other Users. For example, see similar clauses in other matrimonial sites.

4.2. License to Use Content

You grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your profile photographs and other content you upload in connection with the Service.

4.3. Content Liability

I am not responsible or liable for any content uploaded by Users, or for any consequence of reliance on such content. For example, see disclaimers in other sites.

4.4. Rights to Upload Content

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to upload and share your content, and that such content does not infringe any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

Safe Use & User Conduct

4A.1. User Responsibility

You understand that the Website provides only a platform for introductions. You agree to take all necessary precautions before meeting or sharing personal information with any other user. You are solely responsible for your communications, interactions, and decisions made through or after using the Website.

4A.2. Safety Guidelines

For your own safety, you are advised to:

• Meet prospective matches only in public places and inform family or friends about your meeting.
• Never send money, property, or financial details to anyone met through the Website.
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal data such as financial records, passwords, identification numbers, or addresses too soon.
• Verify the credentials of other users independently before proceeding with any discussions or commitments.
• Immediately report any suspicious profiles, fake information, or harassment to me via the contact details listed below.

4A.3. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any illegal, immoral, or fraudulent activity.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, defame, abuse, or harm any person.
• Transmit or post any obscene, pornographic, indecent, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or impersonate another person or entity.
• Solicit other users for commercial purposes, including advertising, promotions, or marketing of any kind.
• Disclose or distribute any other user’s personal data without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Website’s functionality, servers, or networks.

4A.4. Investigation & Action

I reserve the right (but am not obliged) to monitor user activity and investigate any reports of misuse. I may suspend, delete, or permanently ban any user account found violating these guidelines, without prior notice and without refund.

4A.5. No Liability for User Conduct

You acknowledge that I do not pre-screen profiles or background-check users. I am not responsible or liable for the conduct, actions, or communications of any user whether online or offline. You interact with other users at your own risk. Similar language appears in other matrimonial site terms.

Memberships, Fees & Payment

5.1. Paid Membership

Some features of the Service may be offered only to paid members (“Paid Membership”). The terms and duration of each Paid Membership (price, benefits, tenure) will be as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

5.2. Payment Method

Payment for Paid Memberships and other paid services shall be made via the payment gateway provided by Razorpay (or via other means as specified).

5.3. Non-Refundable Payments

You acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly provided. Many matrimonial sites adopt similar non-refund policies.

5.4. Applicable Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. I reserve the right to change pricing or features at any time, but any change will not affect fees you have already paid for the current membership period.

5.5. Suspension of Services

I may suspend or terminate your access to Paid Membership services if you fail to pay any fees when due, or if your account is in breach of these T&C.

Payment Gateway Terms – Razorpay

6.1. Payment Processing

Your payment transactions will be processed by Razorpay, an independent payment service provider. You acknowledge that Razorpay’s terms and conditions apply to such transactions.

6.2. Payment Authorization

When you make a payment, you authorize me to collect the amount via Razorpay and you authorize Razorpay to process such payment.

6.3. Payment Processing Liability

I and Razorpay are not responsible or liable for any failure of payment processing due to remedy beyond our control (banking network failure, regulatory intervention, technical issues).

6.4. Accurate Payment Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information. If any payment fails or is reversed, I may suspend or terminate your access until the issue is resolved.

6.5. KYC Compliance

Razorpay may carry out due diligence or KYC checks in accordance with applicable law. You agree to comply with any such requests.

6.6. Additional Charges

Any value-added services or additional features offered via Razorpay or via the Website shall be subject to additional charges, as agreed.

6.7. Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction for payment-related matters will be as specified by Razorpay’s terms (typically laws of India).

Termination & Suspension

7.1. Termination by User

You may terminate your membership at any time by sending a written request to me. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or to abide by any obligations which by their nature survive termination.

7.2. Termination by Me

I may, at my sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or liability to you, for any reason including (but not limited to) your breach of these T&C, misuse of the Service, false profile, non-payment of fees, or if I believe your continued use poses a risk to me or other users.

7.3. Loss of Access

On termination or suspension, you may lose access to your profile, messages, contacts, and other stored data. I shall have no obligation to retain or provide you with any of your content after termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1. Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. I expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability of the Service or the profiles. Similar to leading matrimonial sites:

8.2. No Guarantee of Match

I do not guarantee that your use of the Service will result in a match or successful marriage.

8.3. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations made by other users;
• The conduct or actions of other users;
• Any personal, financial, or other loss you suffer in connection with the Service or any interaction with other users;
• Any failures or interruptions of the Service caused by reasons outside my control (technical issues, force majeure, third-party interruptions);
• Any payment issues, banking failures, gateway failures, regulatory actions, delays, or reversals.

8.4. Aggregate Liability

In no event will my aggregate liability to you for all claims, damages, or losses exceed the amount you have paid to me (if any) for using the Service during the preceding twelve months. Some matrimonial sites similarly limit their liability.
